Managing Trustee
Shri Lachman B Ludhani is the Managing Trustee of J.B. Ludhani High School & Ludhani Vidya Mandir. His love for children is well known and he focuses on providing them with the best facilities and comforts. He remains updated on the latest changes and constantly motivates the principals and teachers towards developing new perspectives towards providing quality education.

Achievements

  • Sahyog Sahyadri Sindhu Award (06 August 2015) by the hands of Former Deputy Prime Minister Shri L K Advani, at Doordarshan Kendra in Worli
  • Associated with MANN, an NGO for mentally challenged and spastic children
  • Launched the latest innovative project, ‘Global City’, in Virar
  • Developed a high-tech residential township in Evershine Millennium Paradise, Thakur Village, in Kandivali
  • Contributed to the landmark construction, Evershine Nagar, in Malad. It is India’s 1st township with 4000 flats
  • Founder Director of the Premier Construction Company, Evershine Builders Pvt. Ltd.
  • One of the very first developers to introduce the township concept

Shri. Ramchand B. Ludhani

Trustee

Shri Ramchand B.Ludhani, born in 1931, started his construction company in 1960 with a vision to provide quality homes to people in Mumbai. Rustomjee Evershine Global City was awarded the CNBC Awaaz Real Estate Awards 2013 in the category BEST 100% COMPLETE TOWNSHIP PROJECT IN THE AFFORDABLE SEGMENT. Thus, Evershine became a unique brand in housing with 58 landmarks and 14000 housing complexes in the western suburbs of Mumbai. He believes that giving quality is the best kind of advertising.
