Admission Documents
For the application process, we request parents to visit the school with the following documents

Admission Guidelines
- New admissions for the academic year 2026-27 have already started
- Admission forms can be collected from the school office from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 am and 01:00 pm
- The filled forms must be submitted to the school office within 24 hours
- All the other required documents can be submitted in the next 7 days
- Admission will only be processed after the student’s interview
- Admission will be confirmed after the payment of the admission fees

Admission Confirmation & Fee Payment Policy
- After receiving the admission offer, parents have to pay the applicable fees to confirm the admission.
- The admission will only be confirmed once the student’s fees are paid.
- Please note that after the payment of the fees, there will be no refund applicable.
- Subject to seat availability, admission confirmation must be completed within 3 working days along with the submission of the required documents and fee payment, as discussed with the Headmistress. Any pending documents must be submitted by 30th June 2026.
- Admission will not be fully confirmed unless all the required documents are submitted.
- No political parties or connections will be entertained for the admission process.
- Admissions are granted at the sole discretion of the Admissions Committee.
NIOS
J. B. Ludhani High School & Ludhani Vidya Mandir’s trust started its own National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) centre for students of class X and XII in the year 2004. The main aim of the NIOS was to allow school dropouts to continue learning and complete their basic education. Our school takes the necessary steps so that there is no compromise in the quality of education. Admissions for the academic year 2026-27 at J. B. Ludhani High School and Ludhani Vidya Mandir have already started since November 10th 2025 and seats fill up quickly.
