Shri Ramchand B.Ludhani, born in 1931, started his construction company in 1960 with a vision to provide quality homes to people in Mumbai. Rustomjee Evershine Global City was awarded the CNBC Awaaz Real Estate Awards 2013 in the category BEST 100% COMPLETE TOWNSHIP PROJECT IN THE AFFORDABLE SEGMENT.
